Mohit Shrotriya is the Founder of  Pradeep Global Foundation (PGF), an Indo-French non-profit dedicated to sustainability, social empowerment, and international cooperation.

Born in India and shaped by years of study and professional experience in France, Canada, and across Europe, Mohit embodies the bridge between two worlds. His journey reflects the energy of Incredible India and the elegance of modern France — a combination that fuels PGF’s unique identity as a foundation that works locally but thinks globally.

With more than a decade of international experience in business development, global partnerships, and strategic leadership, Mohit has worked across diverse cities such as Paris, Geneva, Berlin, Monaco, and Ibiza. While excelling in international business and luxury ventures, his deeper calling emerged: to create an organization that channels global knowledge into grassroots sustainability and community empowerment.

A defining source of inspiration came during his studies at La Rochelle, France. There, Mohit formed a close friendship with Alexandre Planchez(a French National), who was completing his master’s degree in sustainability. Through their conversations and shared experiences, Mohit developed a profound awareness of the urgency of environmental challenges and the importance of linking sustainability with everyday life. This personal connection became the spark that ultimately grew into the vision behind PGF. Experiencing firsthand how sustainability is understood in two very different yet interconnected contexts. His life between these cultures shapes PGF’s philosophy: that solutions must be globally informed yet locally rooted.

In 2020, he founded “Pradeep Luxury”, a sustainable luxury travel venture in France. Soon after, he launched Pradeep Global Foundation, aligning it with all 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to ensure a holistic approach. His vision quickly materialized in 2022, when PGF organized the Indo-French Sustainable Development Awareness Program in collaboration with the National Cadet Corps in Uttar Pradesh — an initiative that showcased his ability to connect France’s global leadership with India’s youth and communities.

Under his leadership, PGF focuses on climate action, water and sanitation, renewable energy, responsible consumption, well-being, and women’s empowerment. The upcoming Orelli Paris initiative, inspired by French elegance and Indian inclusivity, will combine sustainable beauty with livelihood training for rural women, reflecting Mohit’s belief that empowerment can be both economic and ecological.

Recognized internationally, Mohit serves as an Honorary Global Advisor on the Global Advisory Council Board of the Global Academy of Finance & Management (USA). He is also distinguished by a portfolio of advanced certifications and executive training from institutions such as the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), University of Geneva, Università Bocconi, and West Virginia University, alongside professional designations including Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM®), Chartered Estate & Trust Planner (CTEP®), and Certified International Project Manager (CIPM®). Academically, Mohit holds an M.S. in International Business Management from Excelia-La Rochelle (France), an MSc. in Management from Université de Poitiers (France), and an MBA from Université du Québec à Montréal (Canada), building on his BBA foundation in International Banking & Insurance from GGSIPU, India. His career has been further enriched by participation in international conferences such as the Clemson University Global Supply Chain Summit (USA) and IIT Delhi’s innovation workshops. Yet, beyond these achievements, at the heart of his work lies a simple conviction: that every generation inherits the planet only temporarily, and must leave it better for the next.
